Meet Our Staff
Amanda Parker, CMA, serves dual roles at PSAV. She provides skin care services as a Certified Medical Aesthetician and has also assumed the Patient Coordinator responsibilities. As Patient Coordinator, Amanda schedules cosmetic consultations, reviews pricing information with patients and is the facilitator for all cosmetic surgeries. She began her employment with PSAV in September 2003.
Denyse Pierce, BBA in Management, Practice Administrator, has been with PSAV since May 1998. She began as the Insurance Manager and was promoted to Practice Administrator in 2003. She oversees the daily operations of the clinic and OR.
Kristy Ehrmantraut, PA-C, is a surgical Physician’s Assistant that began her employment with PSAV in May 2006. Kristy performs minor surgical procedures for skin lesions, administers injectables and assists in the OR. Sonya J. Merriman, MD is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who started PSAV in 1995. She has performed over 5,000 surgical procedures for members of our community. More information regarding her credentials and professional affiliations are available by clicking here.
Angie Herpin, Registered Nurse, is the OR circulating nurse and post-surgical recovery area nurse. Angie also assists on the clinic side with patient pre-ops, rechecks and minor procedures.
Karen Douglas, Certified Surgical Technologist, has over 18 years of OR surgical assisting experience. Karen assists Dr. Merriman in our Plastic Surgery Operative Suite and at South Georgia Medical Center Outpatient.
Ashley Stinson has over eight years of experience in a specialty practice setting. She is the first staff member patients meet when they visit our office. She assists patients with appointment scheduling, minor procedure price quotes and insurance related issues.
